  • Jordan has consulted for a wide range of companies, from NPD (new product development) for healthy food start ups to full brand development and menu / recipe writing for cafe’s and restaurants.

    Jordan’s cooking experience has covered a wide range of cuisines and cooking styles, from cooking in restaurants in Korea (see his book Our Korean Kitchen) to his time cooking classical mediterranean food at the Michelin star ‘Petersham Nurseries’ restaurant in London, as well as his work as a private chef catering for people with various health and dietary requirements, which led to his best selling cookbooks on health and wellness (see here).

    His varied background and global approach to healthy cooking has proven extremely popular with his UK and international client base.
